Whole Home Water Filtration — Protect Every Tap in Your Home
Many think only of drinking water, but that’s only part of the picture. You also bathe, cook, wash clothes, and clean with water from the same source. If it’s untreated at the point it enters your home, every tap, appliance, and fixture is still exposed to whatever’s in that water.
Why It Matters
Untreated water in DFW can contain:
Chlorine and chloramines – added by municipalities for disinfection, but they can affect taste, smell, and comfort, especially in showers.
Sediment and rust – from water mains or internal plumbing, which can accumulate in fixtures and appliances.
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) – industrial and chemical byproducts sometimes present in small amounts.
Herbicides and pesticides – detectable at low levels in certain areas, often from agricultural or lawn runoff.
PFAS (“forever chemicals”) and other emerging contaminants – not always tested for under current standards, but treatable with the right advanced filters.
These substances may meet regulatory safety limits, but you can still choose to reduce them for better water quality, comfort, and appliance protection.
What We Install
We build whole home systems based on your water source, household needs, and space available. Options include:
Sediment Filtration
Keeps grit, rust, and other particles from reaching your faucets and appliances.
Benefits you’ll notice:
Cleaner, clearer water from every tap
Less wear on plumbing and fixtures
Helps protect other filtration media from clogging
Whole-Home Taste, Odor & Chemical Reduction
High-grade carbon designed for city water to improve taste, smell, and overall quality.
Benefits you’ll notice:
Dramatically better taste by reducing chlorine
Gentler showers with noticeable chloramine reduction
Fresher-tasting water for drinking and cooking
Helps reduce many chemical odors from VOCs, herbicides, and pesticides
UV Purification
Chemical-free disinfection using ultraviolet light.
Benefits you’ll notice:
Added protection against bacteria and viruses. For homes with reddish stains or “rotten egg” odors, iron and sulfur filtration systems may be added to your whole-home setup.
Peace of mind for well water or as an extra safeguard for city water
No added chemicals or taste changes
Water Softeners
Removes hardness minerals (calcium and magnesium) that cause scale and spots. Our water softeners for hard water can be paired with whole-home filtration for complete protection
Benefits you’ll notice:
Softer skin and hair after bathing
Spot-free dishes and glassware
Appliances and water heaters last longer
Less soap and detergent needed for cleaning
Reverse Osmosis (RO) Drinking Water Systems
Under-sink filtration for the purest water in your home. Learn more about our reverse osmosis drinking water systems for the purest possible water at your tap.
Benefits you’ll notice:
Crystal-clear water with no aftertaste
Removes dissolved solids, heavy metals, PFAS, and many other contaminants
Great for cooking, coffee, and ice
Optional remineralization for balanced taste
How It Works
Point-of-entry installation treats water before it circulates through your home’s plumbing.
System design is based on your water quality data and household demand to ensure proper performance without reducing pressure.
Separate drinking water solutions like RO systems provide maximum purity where you consume water, without unnecessary over-filtration of all household water.
Maintenance & Service
Sediment filter cartridges are replaced as needed — frequency depends on water quality and usage.
Carbon media tanks generally last several years before media replacement, depending on contaminant levels and flow rates.
UV lamps are replaced annually.
Softeners require salt replenishment and occasional resin cleaning.
RO filters and membranes have their own replacement schedule, which we review with you at installation.
